Highlights from Amaryllo's 2023 General Meeting

Amaryllo is delighted to announce that its 2023 general meeting was convened on

September 14, 2023, and successfully passed resolutions to recognize its 2022 CPA-audited financials and approve its IPO and ESOP plan. Mr. Marcus Yang, Director and CEO, presided as the Chairman of the meeting, in accordance with the Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company (referred to as the 'Existing M&A'). The Company had provided shareholders with the meeting notice pursuant to Article 18.4 of the Existing M&A, and the meeting achieved quorum pursuant to Article 19.2 of the Existing M&A.
