We're happy to share this great news with our dear beta testers! We have now integrated sound recognition into our 24/7 Professional Monitoring Service Beta Program. We understand that Fire Warning is important, but it is not the only potential threat that homeowners worry about, so we enhanced this on-going beta test by adding these specific audio alerts.

For Android users:

1. Please set the audio sensitivity to low. (Setting → Notifications → Audio Alerts → Audio Sensitivity)

2. Please turn on Sound Recognition. (Setting → Amaryllo Features)

For iOS users:

1.Please set the audio detection sensitivity to low. (Setting → Notifications → Sensor alerts → Audio alerts → Audio sensitivity)

2. Please turn on Sound Recognition. (Setting → Amaryllo Features → AI Recognition)

You'll receive a push notification when the possible sound threat is heard by the Amaryllo camera. The agent will contact you to provide assistance when there's a smoke alarm alert. However, the monitoring service for "Glass Shattering" and "Siren" will be released in the next Beta Program update meaning that you will only receive the push notification and alerts for these 2 sound recognition but the agent won't contact you when the event occurs.

Smoke Detector Alarm Audio Alert:

When the smoke alarm is heard by our security camera, you'll receive a push notification immediately.

You can check the 10-second video alert to check the current condition.

Our professional agent will contact you to provide the assistance and dispatch the emergency service. However, you can tap "Cancel emergency" button to cease it if there's no emergency.

When you receive the siren or glass shattering notification and alert for the time being, there's no "Emergency Triggered" nor "Cancel emergency" button because the monitoring service for these 2 types of sound recognition will be included in the next Beta Program update. Therefore, the professional agents will not contact you when siren and glass shattering are heard by Amaryllo camera before the next Beta Program update.

Important:

1. Certain features such as Video Alert and Fire Warning are available only during the Beta Program period.

2. Fairy, iSensor FHD, iSensor Patio, or Petite camera models are not eligible to participate in the Beta program. While we aim for the fire warning function to be highly reliable, Amaryllo cannot guarantee that emergency responders will be dispatched to your Monitored Property in the event of an emergency. There may be delay or failure to dispatch emergency resonders due to availability, local regulations not permitting dispatch of emergency responders to alarm signals which have not been verified by a person physically at the property or other reasons beyond Amaryllo's control. 3. Please note that your 30-day free trial period will be automatically canceled when you sign up to join our beta program. You will not be able to resume the 30-day free trial after you opt out of the beta program.
