How do I know that I'm in the Beta Program?

For Android users:

1. You’re a member of our Beta Program when you see the status of 24/7 monitoring service is active under your account.

2. When there’s a shield on the right hand side of cameras that means they are activated with 24/7 professional monitoring service during the Beta Program period.

For iOS users:

1. You’re a member of our Beta Program when you see the status of 24/7 monitoring service is active under your account.

2. When there’s a shield on the right hand side of cameras that means they are activated with 24/7 professional monitoring service during the Beta Program period.

Something you should know when you become our Beta Tester:

For Android users:

1. Please make sure that Fire Warning is on. (Setting → AI Recognition)

2. Please install a Micro SD card in your camera.

3. Please choose video for the capture format. (Setting → Notifications)

4. You can cancel the alarm from the app within 1 minute.

5. The trained agents will contact you and the emergency contact person that you provided on the sign up form at the same time, when a possible life threatening event is spotted.

6. Please select "Notify me every time" under the "Phone/tablet notifications" section.

How 24/7 Professional Monitoring Service works?

When a possible fire threat is spotted by Amaryllo biometric cameras, the users will receive a push notification immediately then a SMS text from agents. If the users respond to the SMS text, then they won’t receive the call from agents. There are 3 scenarios for this 24/7 professional monitoring service:

1. Fire threat confirmed: Agent will contact emergency services immediately and share video clips and other data for the fastest response. In the meantime, the agent will call users to provide assistance until help arrives and get additional information.

2. Fire threat or false alarm can’t be confirmed: Agent will contact the users if they’re not responsive to SMS text. If users respond to SMS text or cancel the alarm from the app, the agent will not call users.

3. False alarm: Agent will send the SMS text to users after confirming it’s a false alarm.

What 24/7 Professional Monitoring functions will I see in this Beta project?

1. You can check the event clip through the Fire Warning notification.

2. We added the new button, Cancel emergency, so you can cancel it on your end if there’s no emergency situation.

3. You’ll see the following message when you tap on “Cancel emergency”.

4. The agent will cease dispatching the emergency services if you click “Yes, I am safe.”

5. The professional trained agent is going to call you immediately and dispatch emergency services if you tap “No, I need help”

Important:

1. Certain features such as Video Alert and Fire Warning are available only during the Beta Program period.

2. Fairy, iSensor FHD, iSensor Patio, or Petite camera models are not eligible to participate in the Beta program. While we aim for the fire warning function to be highly reliable, Amaryllo cannot guarantee that emergency responders will be dispatched to your Monitored Property in the event of an emergency. There may be delay or failure to dispatch emergency resonders due to availability, local regulations not permitting dispatch of emergency responders to alarm signals which have not been verified by a person physically at the property or other reasons beyond Amaryllo's control. 3. Please note that your 30-day free trial period will be automatically canceled when you sign up to join our beta program. You will not be able to resume the 30-day free trial after you opt out of the beta program.
